Chef Julie is a classically trained Le Cordon Bleu chef, who also serves as the head chef of Urban Kitchen Yakima. She comes to Yakima from the midwest, and is excited to lend her talents to this Fat Pastor Project
Peggy grew up watching Julia Child and the Galloping Gourmet. She was raised on a farm on the West Side, and her family taught her the importance of fresh, natural ingredients, from the livestock they raised to the fish and seafood they harvested. In addition to serving alongside the Fat Pastor and Lab team, she is also working to create a fully self-sustaining farm.

Victoria also recently moved to Yakima, from Spokane, and we couldn't find another person we felt a more perfect fit for this role.
Victoria loves the outdoors, spending time with her fiancee' and their 8 year old son Austyn, and 5 year old lab/mastiff, Ranger. She also really enjoys trying out new restaurants and breweries. She comes with a great background in restaurant customer service, and we're thrilled she's joined our team, and will be serving you soon!

Kaimu is one of those guys you just want to get to know from the moment you meet him. He is from Oceanside, CA, transferred to Idaho and then came to Yakima in 2017.
He's active in the community, loves to sing and serves as the secretary for Yakima Pride. He and his partner Josh enjoy making a difference in our city, and hanging out with their dog Stitch! We at The Lab are overjoyed to have him as part of our team.
